A message dated April 12, 2014, was read stating the Senate passed                                                              
HB 244 with the following amendment, and it is transmitted for                                                                  
consideration:                                                                                                                  
                                                                                                                                
     SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 244(FIN)                                                                                      
     "An Act extending the termination date of the Citizens' Advisory                                                           
     Commission on Federal Management Areas in Alaska; and
